Overview
Chaikin Trial Group Personal Injury Lawyers is proud to announce the Rebuilding the Road Ahead: How an Accident Inspired My New Direction scholarship. Beginning in 2025, this award provides $2,500 to a student whose life has been profoundly affected by a serious car accident and who has demonstrated resilience in rebuilding their future. As Long Island car accident attorneys, we recognize how a collision can alter a life — and we want to support a student moving forward.
Award details
- One scholarship of $2,500 will be granted to a qualifying student enrolled in, or accepted to, an accredited U.S. college, university, or graduate program.
- High school seniors who have received acceptance to an accredited U.S. college/university are eligible to apply.
- Applicants must submit their materials using the application form on this page. The application deadline is December 15, 2025.
Who may apply
You may apply for the Rebuilding the Road Ahead scholarship if you meet all of the following requirements:
- Currently enrolled in, or admitted to, an accredited U.S. college, university, or graduate school. (High school seniors must provide proof of acceptance, such as an acceptance letter.)
- Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 — include an unofficial transcript with your application.
- U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work or attend school in the United States.
- Have been involved in a car accident.
- Produce a video addressing the scholarship topic and submit the video link via the application form.
- Complete the application form on this page and agree to the scholarship Terms and Conditions.
All fields of study are welcome to apply, provided the applicant satisfies the eligibility criteria above. Please be sure to include the required documentation (unofficial transcript, proof of college acceptance for high school seniors, and your video link) when submitting your application through the form.
