Introduction Tall Clubs International Foundation (TCIF) presents annual scholarships in memory/honor of Kae Sumner-Einfeldt, Virginia Linquist-Winker, Robert Rader, Carolyn Goldstein, and Charles & Doris Chickering. These awards, reserved for deserving high school seniors in North America (United States and Canada only), are funded through nominations submitted by Tall Clubs International’s local member clubs and Members-at-Large (MALs).
