WAFP Scholarships
Scholarship Sponsored by Wisconsin Association for Food Protection
Overview
These scholarships aim to encourage and maintain student interest in disciplines that can lead to careers in sanitation, culinary arts, food microbiology, and dairy, food, and meat sciences. Three awards are made each year. Previous applicants and past recipients are eligible to apply again.
WAFP Scholarship Program
The Wisconsin Association for Food Protection (WAFP) accepts student applications for the following annual awards:
- $2,000 Technical College Scholarship
- $3,000 College or University Scholarship
- $3,000 E. H. Marth Scholarship
Deadline
All scholarship applications must be submitted by June 30th.
Eligibility
Applicants must be enrolled at a Wisconsin-accredited college or university at the time they submit their application. Additional application instructions and eligibility details are available in the online application form.
How to Apply
Provide the following materials with your submission:
1. A cover letter explaining your reasons for applying.
2. A current resume or curriculum vitae (CV).
3. An official or unofficial academic transcript.
4. One letter of support from a faculty member or academic advisor. This letter may be attached to the online application or sent by email to scholarship@wifoodprotection.org.
