The Bihm Firm, LLC is a firm believer in the strength of problem-solving. Our team employs strategic problem-solving techniques daily to assist our clients and their families in navigating challenging circumstances. We are now eager to support those who bravely and innovatively employ their problem-solving abilities to tackle conflicts.
With this in mind, we have established The Bihm Firm, LLC Conflict Conqueror Scholarship. This is an opportunity for students who have shown their capacity to surmount the obstacles they encounter.
The recipient of the Conflict Conqueror Scholarship will be awarded $1,000 to contribute towards their educational costs. Continue reading for details on eligibility, requirements, and the application process.
Application Procedure:
Students interested in applying will need to provide several documents, including:
- Evidence of enrollment: acceptable forms include a class timetable, admission letter, or acceptance letter (This should be submitted as a PDF or .docx file)
- An academic transcript if the proof of enrollment does not show the necessary GPA
- A headshot (for use in our winner announcements, if chosen)
- Permission for us to publish the submitted essay, photo, and name on our website, social media, and other promotional channels
- An essay of around 500 words responding to the provided prompt

Conflict is defined as a collision or disagreement; being contradictory, at odds, or in opposition; clashing.
Describe an instance in your life when you encountered conflict. Please detail the steps you took to resolve the conflict and what you learned from the experience.
Guidelines for a Successful Scholarship Application:
Below, students can find advice on how to present their best scholarship application. Our scholarship committee will use several of these key factors when evaluating each application.
- Students should ensure to submit all required materials
- Essays should adhere to the word limit and fully address the provided topic
- Essays should be well-structured, genuine, and of high quality
It will take us a few weeks to choose our scholarship award recipient. Once we have made our selection, we will inform them via email and announce the winner on our website and social media.
