Intro
This scholarship supports nursing students enrolled at Michigan institutions. Applicants must meet the eligibility rules below and submit a complete application to be considered. Applications that are incomplete or submitted after the deadline will not be evaluated.
Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in a nursing program at a Michigan college or school of nursing.
- In good academic standing, with clear, demonstrable progress toward completion of a degree or certificate in nursing.
Application requirements
- Complete the scholarship application form and provide any requested documentation. Failure to satisfy all application requirements will result in the packet being excluded from review.
- For those seeking funding for the Fall 2026 semester, submit your completed application by June 1, 2026.
Review and approval process
- The Scholarship Committee reviews submitted applications and forwards its recommendations to the MNF Board of Directors for consideration.
- Recommendations are made twice each year.
Award disbursement
- Scholarship funds are issued directly to the educational institution address supplied on the application and will be sent after the semester has begun.
